University student could answer questions with greater details
Students would like a quiet place and some personal spaces
Atmosphere of study rooms is kind of overwhelming
Sometimes would encounter issues with public facilities
Need some sorts of activity to relax
Learning environments tends to favour self-studying instead of groups

Assumed would be annoying if only one person go to these locations, turns out not
Assumed students would study throughout different days, turns out only before exams

Notes on the Meeting after Mar 5 Lesson:

Important
• An extra meeting after interview to combine the all the POVs
	- Time: Still TBC
• deadline the powerpoint before Mar 11 (Coming Monday)

Interview
 - the interview target are around the students who studying in different locations.
• Mainly start about the pain points of their location of study.
Maybe stakeholder too?

Suggest starting points:
• Why do you study in the library
• Follow up: Why not <somewhere> ? What is better than the library there?
• What did you need for studying (here)?
---- and Why <what those> needs

Personal thoughts on interview if no more ideas;
 - Pain points in the library
• Why do you put the bag / carry drinks when studying

Do we have plan for like who going to which location at what time?

Below are some key points, feel free to add more or maybe copy them to a share document

Focus area:
	Public Learning Space

Interview questions:
Why are you studying in <location>?
How is it better than <other location>?
What are some essential things that you need?
What are the most frustrating things you have encountered?

Interesting observations:
	Personal item storage problem
	Food and drinks
Leaving behind personal items unattended (what if only one person?)

My thoughts is we are going to see the pain points during their self studies

Studying Location / Food / Bags etc are all what related and probably related to what pain points they face such we could conclude the pain points → topic (focus) we had to be done.

Simply saying, these all are the entry points for our topic, you could ask as many as if you had idea. But at least the observation of different locations of putting bags or library seat usage has partially shown the pain point of not enough seat for self study .
