• Solved by disabling bonding in IPMI settings

By default, bonding is enabled by the bios to use eth0 and eth1 in the active-backup mode, I believe this is the reason why my virtual bond in Proxmox isn’t working before

eth0 (top) is the IPMI port, eth1 (bottom) is the NCSI port

Update BMC Problem

• Able to ping IP but web interface inaccessible

• Current Image version: 0.11.03; New image version: 1.13.00

• Exact same situation as this

• Fixed by following “How to update BMC under Linux environment?” using “socflash”
